Barbeque / Sloppy Joe - Simple

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. 96% lean Ground Beef/Sirloinapprox 1/4 tsp Sea Salt approx 1/4 tsp Black Pepper3 cups Frozen Chopped Onions12 oz bottle Del Monte Chili sauce
Directions
Spray non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Break ground beef into skillet. Add salt & pepper to taste. Brown over medium heat until about half cooked - stirring frequently. Add onions, stir in, and continue browning ground beef. When all ground beef is brown and onions are cooked, drain off all grease. Return to heat, add chili sauce, and stir in. Continue stirring until all ground beef mixture is evenly coated. Remove from heat & serve.
