Apple Cake

Ingredients
2 Eggs3/4 Cup Applesauce1/4 Oil3 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla extract2 cups all-purpose flour1 tsp baking soda4-5 cups apples - peeled, cored and diced
Directions
Grease 9x13 glass pan; dust with flour or cinnamon and sugar. Beat oil and eggs until creamy (electric mixer). Add sugar and vanilla and beat well. Combine flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon in separate bowl; then combine into wet ingredients. Fold in apples. Spread batter into pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins.
