No-fat Bannana Bread

Ingredients
3 very ripe bannans2 eggs2 tbsp. lemon juice2 cups flour1 cup sugar3 tsp. baking powder2 tbls cinnamonrasins1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup nofat sour cream
Directions
mix applesauce and sour cream, mix eggs until lemon colored and add, add sugar. In another bowl mash banannas with lemon juice and add to above mixture. add flour and baking soda, cinnamon and stir in raisins, bake 1 hour in 375 oven
