High fibre pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup self raising flour1/2 cup oat bran 1 cup milk1 eggPinch of salt1/4 cup blueberries
Directions
Beat egg with milk.
Add dry ingredients and whisk to a smoothe batter.
Cook on medium heat on buttered griddle.
Enjoy with fresh fruit and yoghurt.
