Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients
2 pounds 90% lean ground beef1 (29oz) can tomato puree1 1/2 c onion, chopped1/4 c green peppers, diced1 qt tomato juice, without salt added1 (15oz) can red beans, drained1/2 c celery, diced1/4 c chili powder1 1/2 t garlic powder1 t salt1 t cumin1/2 t each - black pepper, oregano, splenda1/8 t cayenne pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef and onion. Put the drained beef and the remaining ingredients into a large slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 6-8 hours.

Makes 13 1/2 cups
