Homemade Hummus With Green Olives and Cilantro

Ingredients
2 cups (1 can) Organic Garbanzo Beans 6 small green olives (or 3 large green olives)3 small cloves of garlic, minced3 tsp. olive oil2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped or minced 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper(optional)Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Mince garlic with a garlic press, put all ingredients in a food processor & process until smooth. You can add more olive oil if you think it needs it, but remember, that will add to the calories and fat.
