Bob's Red Mill 100% Stone Ground Whole Grain Medium Grind Cornmeal, .5 cupBob's Red Mill Natural Raw Wheat Germ, .5 cupWheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cupSalt, .5 tspBaking Powder, 1 tspOrganic cane sugar, 2 TbspEgg, fresh, 1 largeOrganic Valley Organic Whole Milk, 1 cupSmart Balance Buttery Spread, salted, .25 cup (melted)
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl.
Mix egg, milk and melted butter in separate bowl.
Add egg, milk and butter to dry ingredients and mix until wet (batter will be thick).
Pour into 12 greased muffin tins or paper cups.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 12 Muffins
