Whole Wheat and Oats pancake mix

Ingredients
2C. Whole Wheat Flour2t. Baking Powder1t. Sea Salt2 large Eggs (well beaten)2C. 2% Milk2T. Olive Oil (or Canola)1T. Honey
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, honey and oil. Stir until batter is moist (I like mine thick but you could add milk if it is to lumpy). Cook on preheated skillet. I like to serve my children's with 100% pure maple syrup.
