Jamie's Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cooked and choppedsliced scallions (2) and mushrooms (6 crimini)pat of butter1 cup chicken broth4 Tbs cottage cheese1 Tbs flour2 tsp mustardfresh thymepuff pastry, thawed and rolled to top1 egg, whisked
Directions
Saute mushrooms and scallions in butter. Toss with 1Tbs flour, mustard and cottage cheese. Cook for a bit. Add chicken and broth and simmer to heat through. Would recommend adding peas to this as well.

Transfere to pie plate, top with pastry and brush with egg. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes to brown.
