1L skim milk1 cup egg yolks (250 ml)12tblsp equal sugar substitute.2 stp vanilla escence3 tblsp custard powder
Heat milk in microwave for 8 mins (2 mins/cup of milk.)
Mix egg yolk with equal, add 2 tsp vanilla escence and 4tblsp custard powder. When the milk is heated (it should have a skin on it), blend the yolks in gradually.
Put back in microwave for another 2 mins and stir throughly. If using full cream milk and sugar, it is better with icing sugar.
Serving Size: Makes 8 serves of 1 cup each
