Healthy Fish Cakes

Ingredients
3 fillets of Cod or any fish you like2 egg whites1 cup raw onion2tbsp Fish sauce1 tbsp Parsley dried1 tbsp Dill dried1.5 cup Finely chopped green french beans1 cup finely chopped spinach
Directions
Grill fish until just cooked and flake.
Blanch green beans until just softening.
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Shape into 9 patties, place (covered) in the fridge for at least an hour - can stay overnight.
Grill or fry for around 8 minutes a side until crisp and firm.
