Organic Ingredients as available:2 Cups Cold Water1 Head Romaine LettuceBlend well then add:6 cups spinach Add"Quartered PearQuartered Apple3 Stalks CeleryThen add:1/2 fresh lemon juice Banana4-6 Ice Cubes(If I add extra fruit - berries - it happens on this add)Can add Stevia to add some sweetness. I have found that by the end of the first week of smoothies I no longer needed extra sweetener.
