Beef Stew

Ingredients
2 lbs stewing beef1 c chopped onion1.5 c chopped carrots2 c chopped celery2 c green beans4 medium potatoes8 c beef broth.25 c canola oil.3 c butter.25 c flour
Directions
Brown the beef in the oil. Add the chopped onions. Cook for 2 minutes. Add all other vegetables and beef broth. Simmer for about one and a half hour hours. Mix the flour with the soft butter and slowly stir under the stew. Let simmer for another 15 minutes.
