Carne Asada Tortas

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. skirt steak1/2 c. orange juice2 t. chili powder1/2 t. oregano1/4 t. cumin1/2 onion, sliced1/2 oranges, sliced1 lemon, sliced1 lime, sliced1/2 c. mayo1/2 t. chili powder1/4 t. cumin4 torta rollsadd:refried beanssalsaavocadoslettucecheese(optional)
Directions
Place steak in a large ziplock bag. In a small bowl, whisk orange juice,chili powder, oregano, and cumin together, set aside. Place half of the onion and citrus fruits on each side of the steak in the ziplock bag. Pour orange juice mixture over all. Close the bag and place in container and refrigerate 2-4 hours or overnight. In a small bowl, whisk the mayo, chili powder, and cumin together. Remove meat from the marinade and grill until done. Slice meat across the grain into strips. Slice rolls horizontally and spread a layer of beans on the bottom of each roll. Add salsa, avacados, lettuce, cheese and any other garnishes to sandwich before putting on the top roll.
