Yum Delicious Simple Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
3 medium sized potatoes2 cloves of garlic1 T Smart Balance1 tsp salt3 T Fat Free Sour Cream
Directions
Cut potatoes into bite size pieces
Put potatoes & garlic in pot to boil
Boil on high until potatoes are soft ready to be mashed
Drain water
In bowl mash potatoes (& garlic) with sour cream, Smart Balance, & salt.
My husband says this tastes just like the high fat, high calorie version.
