Crock Pot Potato Chowder

Ingredients
8 cups diced potatoes1/3 cup onion, chopped3 (14 oz) cans of low sodium chicken broth1 can cream of chicken soup, fat free1 (8 oz) pkg of fat free cream cheese, cubed6 tbsp Oscar Mayer Real Bacon BitsChives (optional, not included in my recipe)
Directions
Combine first four ingredients in crock pot.
Cover and cook on low 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Add cream cheese and blend.
Top with bacon before serving.

    Awesome! I added 16 ounces of freshly cooked crumbled bacon at the start. After the potatoes softened I added twice the amount of room temp cream cheese plus about a cup of half and half. Heated it for another 30 minutes, and served topped with shredded cheese and sour cream. Oh, and if its too "bro - 11/4/15
