Bobby's Beef Tenderloin Steak Sandwiches

Beef, tenderloin, 1.5 lb Olive Oil, 1 tbsp to rub on meatHorseradish Mayo-Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 3 tbsp *Horseradish, 1 tbsp *Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard, 1 tbspdash saltSpinach, fresh, 1 cup Ciabatta Roll (based on 2 oz roll), 5 servings*optional slice Cheddar Cheese (not in nutrition)
1.Heat grill to high. Rub meat with oil and season with salt and pepper. (and garlic if desired). Grill meat on both sides until cooked to medium. Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes. Slice into 1/4 inch thick slices. (or leave whole depending on steak size).
2. Lightly butter and toast top and bottoms of rolls. (opt) Add Slice of cheese and grill/heat in foil for 1 minutes until cheese begins to melt. Spread 1 side of roll generously with Horseradish Mayonnaise. Add steak slices and a few spinach leaves.
3. Enjoy this amazing sandwich!
