Homemade Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 3-4 pound beef roast, cubedI can of low sodium beef broth1 can of whole tomatoes1 can of stewed or crushed tomatoes1/2 large onion, chunked1 medium bag of baby carrots1 medium head of cabbage, slicedSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown cubed beef and add to other ingredients, except potato. Wait until all other ingredients are tender to your taste, then add chunks of peeled potatoes to stew and cook until done.

Serving Size: Makes a dinner for a family of 5 easily.
