1 lb 80/20 ground beef (fried)1 cup chopped green pepper1 medium onion, chopped2 cans diced tomatoes 2 cans Eden Organic black soy beans1 pkt chili seasoning mix
Cook black soy beans and tomatoes in crockpot on low for 72 hours. Fry hamburger and chop onions and green peppers and add to beans and tomatoes. Add chili seasoning and other spices to taste Cook on low another 24 hours. Serve with low carb crackers.
