220 Grams Onion Diced2 Cloves crushed garlic2 grams Basil leaves ( Dried or Fresh )2 Grams Chilli ( Dried or Fresh )110 Grams Red/Green Capsicum diced2 cups chicken stock525 grams freshly chopped tomatoes1 Kilo Chicken Breast fillets minced in a food processor
Trim all visible fat from chicken breasts then mince them in a food processor. Put all other ingredients in a large fry pan and cook till all vegies are soft, then add minced chicken. Cook for another 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
