Peanut Butter Cup Coffee Creamer

2 Cups 2% milk (use skim to make it even healthier)1 Can Kroger brand fat free sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)2 TBSP Skippy natural creamy peanut butter4 TBSP Splenda2 TBSP Hersheys Natural Unsweetened Cocoa2 1/2 TBSP vanilla extract
Very simple. Get out your blender and mix all ingredients vigorously to ensure peanut butter and cocoa is well blended. Pour into vessel (I am recycling a creamer bottle I bought at the store). Shake well before each use and stir well into coffee.

I like this recipe. But I recommend letting it sit in the fridge one day before using it. By that time the cocoa blends in and mellows out.
Overall the consistency is great. I did not even have to add the splenda; it was sweet enough for me. (Shake well before using each time.) - 3/31/12

I noticed the same thing and should have mentioned it in the recipe. I have toyed with different ideas to improve it but haven't found anything yet to improve it without adding too many calories or fat. If I do I'll post it here. Thanks for your review!
