Quick & chunky meat sauce

Ingredients
4.2 oz. lean ground beef7.2 oz. fresh ground pork6 T. tomato paste1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes1 14.5 oz. can of water1 T. cornstarch1 clove fresh garlic minced1 T. minced onion re-hydrated in 2 t. warm tap water1/2 t. Italian Seasoning1/2 t. dried sweet basil
Directions
Brown ground beef & pork in deep skillet. Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, & rehydrated onion. After it is simmering real good, add the italian seasoning, basil, & minced clove of garlic. Stir the cornstarch into the can of water and then slowly stir into meat sauce to thicken while simmering.
