Slow Cooker Chicken Stew

Ingredients
2 envelopes chicken gravy mix2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules, dissolved in 2 cups of water14 oz can chicken broth1 1/2 cups white wine1 1/2 cups brown rice3 garlic cloves, minced1 T. parsley1 t. black pepper16 oz. baby carrots, cut in half1 onion, cut in wedges4 large chicken breasts (with bone & skin)2 T. cornstarch, mixed in 1/3 cup water
Directions
In slow cooker, combine until blended all ingredients except chicken and cornstarch. Add chicken on top and press down slightly into the liquid. Cook on low for about 9 - 10 hours. Remove chicken and set aside. Add cornstarch to slow cooker and turn on high. Meanwhile, remove skin and bones from chicken. Cut into chunky bites. Add chicken back to crockpot and cook another half hour.
