Butter, unsalted, .75 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Water, tap, .1040 cup (8 fl oz) Egg, fresh, 1 large Egg, fresh, 1 large Milk, 2%, .0625 cup
combine flour and salt in a bowl or food processor.
add the butter, egg and water and mix int oa single lump of dough. no especially vigorous keading is needed.
roll into a small ball and place in the fridge for about an hour.
roll out dough on a cutting board and cut out disks around a small place with an appropriately sized cutter
they can be used or refrigerated /frozen for later.
