Low Fat Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
onioncelerycarrotchicken broth broccolifat free evaporated milkolive oilpeppergarlic clove minced
Directions
Roughly chop carrot, celery and onion into large bite size pieces.
In a large saucepan, cook carrot, celery, onion and garlic until tender.
Add Chicken Broth.
Add pepper
Add chopped broccoli
Bring to a boil and then turn down to a simmer until broccoli and carrots are tender.
Remove from heat and cool slightly
With an immersion blender puree until smooth
Add milk.


Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings
