Creamy Tuscan Jackalope - Shot out of season

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unitsPacific Natural Foods Natural Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cupPotato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)Beans, white, 1 cupGreen Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cupHalf and Half Cream, 1 tbspOnion powder, 1 tspAllspice, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dashKroger Garlic Spread (1 serving = 1 Tbsp), 1 servingGood Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 19 gram(s)
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken in bottom of pot.
Season with onion powder, Allspice and black pepper.
Wash and scrub potatoes and cut into bits, add to pot.
Add chicken broth.
Sprinkle about half the Italian Seasoning mix over pot.
Drain and add green beans.
Drain and add white beans.
Add half & half cream.
Sprinkle remainder of Italian Seasoning mix.
Dollop on garlic spread over the beans.
Cover and set on High.
