Strawberry Banana Protein Shake :)

Ingredients
1/4 C - Yogurt, plain, low fat1 C - Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla1/2 - Medium Banana, fresh or frozen1/2 C - Strawberries, fresh or frozen1 t - Flax oil1 Scoop - Whey Protein by Body Fortress (or your fave)2 - ice cubes
Directions
Throw everything into a tall wide-bottom glass and hit it with a submersion blender till smooth. Chug this before a workout. Plenty of energy that won't weigh you down.
