Whole Wheat Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
1/4c sugar1/4t salt1c whole wheat flour1t baking powder1/4t baking soda1/3c maple syrup2t vanilla or almond extract1/4c vegetable oil
Directions
Combine the dry ingredients well. Combine the wet ingredients well (separately). Combine the two until just combined. Spoon tablespoon sized blobs onto a parchment covered cookie sheet. Flatten a little. Bake for 10 min. at 350 degrees. Let cool before moving.
