Ingredients
* *Flat Out Multi-grain pita, .67 serving (remove) * Canned Tomatoes 1/2 cup * Mushrooms fresh pieces 1 cup * Onions, raw 1/2 cup sliced * Spinach, fresh 1/2 cup * Garlic 1 tsp * Oregano, ground 2 tsp * Green Peppers, strips1/4 cup * Whole grain lavash, 1 serving
Directions
In a sauce pan, bring to medium heat canned tomatoes, garlic, and organo.

Then layer tomato sauce mixture, mushrooms, sliced onions, spinach, and green pepper on lavash.

Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 mintues.
