Sesame Green Beans

Ingredients
1 KG Green Beans1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds1 Tbsp Sesame Oil1/4 cup Chicken BrothSalt & Pepper to Taste
Directions
in a skillet or wok heat oil and sautee sesame seeds until toasted (light golden brown)
Add beans and sauteed until beans are bright green approx 2-3 min
Add chicken broth, cover and steam beans for 7-10 min until beans are tender but still a bit crunchy


Serving Size: Serve 4 large portions or six small
