Thai Peanut Soup

Ingredients
Coconut Milk 1 canSoy Sauce 3 tbspGarlic 2 clovesonion 1 smallginger 1 tspPeanut Butter .5 cChicken broth 2 crooster sauce 1 tbspChicken breast 1.5 largebroccoli 1 crown
Directions
Sautée chicken, chopped onion, pressed garlic. Heat over medium heat: milk, soy sauce, broth, peanut butter, rooster sauce, grated ginger. Stir until smooth. Chop broccoli and add to soup. Add sautéed chicken and onion. Simmer on low for 10 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
