2 Can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup6 Cups Low Fat Sour Cream4 Tbsp. Melted Margarine8 Tbsp. Diced SAUTEED Onion2 Tbsp. Black Pepper2 5lb. Bags of Frozen Shredded Hash Browns4 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese2 Cups Cornflake Crumbs
In a large bowl mix together soup, sour cream, melted margarine, sauteed onion, and pepper. Stir in hash browns and half the shredded cheese.
Divide mixture into two greased long shallow hotel pans. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and top with Cornflake Crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven until casseroles reach a minimum internal temperture of 165.
