Teriyaki & Pinapple Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Breast (cut into cubes)1 Green pepper1 Red pepper1 Orange pepper 1/4 cup of chopped onion8 oz can of pinapple tidbits with juice1 cup of teriyaki sauce1/4 cup of flour1 tsp crushed red pepper1 tsp of garlic powder2 tbsp of veg. oil
Directions
-Heat oil in a wok and add chicken.
-Cook chicken (about 10 min)
-once chicken is done cooking add peppers, onions, pineapple,teriyaki sauce. -bring to a simmer
-add flour, crushed red pepper, and garlic powder
-simmer for 15 min (sauce will thicken)
