Salmon Patties

Ingredients
2 14.75 oz Canned Salmondrained, and I remove "spine" & skin then chop in medium bowl with the can1/2 cup diced green pepper1/4 cup diced red onion3-4 tbl light mayo (I use mayo with virgin olive oil)2 slices 35 calorie whole wheat bread/toasted for bread crumbs2 medium eggs2 tbl chili powder1/2 to 1 tsp crushed red pepperdash sea salt
Directions
Spray skillet with no stick for each batch/I also spray top of patty
make patties like a burger
only turn over once GENTLY after 1st side browns/a bit crispy
I top with swiss to melt
we usually top with dijon mustard or salsa
eat hot or cold on whole wheat bun with spinich instead of lettuce
