Gluten Free Chicken and Brown Rice Soup

Ingredients
1/2 chopped carrots1/2 chopped celery1/2 chopped onion1/2 cup of uncooked brown rice10 oz chopped chicken (I use one from the deli)1 qt of Pacific Chicken broth1 cup of water1 tsp Onion powder2 tsp Garlic powder1 bay leafsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Bring to a boil chicken broth, water and rice over medium high heat. Once boiling reduce to medium, add spices and allow to boil for 30 minutes. Add chicken and vegetables, allow to simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is fully cooked and veggies are tender.

Serving Size: 3 hearty servings, 4 if you want smaller portions
