Ingredients
mix 2 T of butter with 2T of flouron a sauce pan med heat should make a roux. cook until brown. Heat milk in micro wave. Mix part of the roux with milk then pour the milk mixture in the sauce pan.Have the eggs separated-yolks from the whites. Take part of the mixture in the sauce pan and mix it in the eggs yolks. Then mix the egg yolks with the sauce over a low heat. Do not over heat.Add CheeseMix egg whites in a blender until the peak. Do not over mix add Cream of Tartarfold in sauce do not mix you should still see egg whites.place in greased and floured 8x8 pan (circle pan preferred) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
