Korean sweet spicy sauce (Ssamjang)

Ingredients
soybean paste (korean doenjang or japanese miso)korean red pepper paste (gochujang, no substitute)honeygreen onions (scallions)garlicsesame seeds (optional)toasted sesame oilvinegar (rice, red/white wine, cider)low sodium soy sauce
Directions
Just mix together with a fork and enjoy. Its spicy enough so a little goes a long way. Great with tofu and vegtable stirfry and rice! Mix in soup! Really good in homemade hummus! Experiment! Yum!
