Ingredients
3/4 cup steamed edamame (soybeans) without shells3 tbsp water2 tbsp avacado or extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp fresh lemon juice1/4 teaspoon kosher salt1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce1 garlic clove, halved
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth. Cover and chill.
Yields 6 servings, when a serving size is equal to 2 1/2 tablespoons.
