Spiced Pumpkin-Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients
1-1/3 cup water2/3 cup apple juice (unsweetened)1/2 cup canned pumpkin (unsalted)1/3 cup snipped dried apples (approx 3 rings)1-1/2 cup quick-cooking oats1 TBSP packed brown sugar1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg
Directions
in a medium saucepan combine the water, apple juice, pumpkin and dried apples.
bring to boiling.
in a small bowl combine oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg.
add to boiling oat mixture all at once; cook and stir uncovered for 1 minute.
divide oatmeal among 4 bowls.
