Ingredients
oven 350. beat appplesauce, almond past, flaxseed oil truvia & agave nectar. Beat in egg & vanilla. mix well. Add flour, baking soda, salt, pepper & whey powder. Beat thoroughly. Stir in oats, cherries and almonds. Mix well. Drop by large tablespoons onto sprayed cookie sheet. Divide dough to 18 cookies. Flatten each cooke with back of spoon. Bake 16 - 18 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool & store in plastic container.Each cookie counts as 1 protein and 1 natural startch.Eat for breakfast or as a snack.
