Pork Tenderloin, .5 piece, cookedWater, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)Pacific Natural Foods Natural Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup, .5 servingTomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 servingBarilla Whole Grain Penne, 7 servingKroger Garlic Spread (1 serving = 1 Tbsp), 1 servingOnion powder, .2 tspAllspice, .2 tsp
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Add 1/2 cup water.
Add 1/2 cup chicken broth.
Season pork with onion powder and Allspice.
Drain and add tomatoes around pork.
Add garlic spread on top of the pork.
Cover and set on Low for many many many hours...
Shortly before serving, shred up the pork and cook the pasta per instructions on box.
