Nana's Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef1 cup skim milk10 saltine crackers1 packet of onion soup mix
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Top with ketchup, BBQ sauce or both. Bake at 350 for 1 hour covered then 15 min uncovered
