2 burrito size tortillas1 cup poached chicken, sliced1 cup Colby jack cheese, shredded4 tbsp Chi Chi's Black Bean and Corn Salsa (may be replaced with any type of salsa)
1) Place one tortilla on quesadilla maker
2) Cover with chicken, cheese, and salsa
3) Place one tortilla on top and cook until golden brown and cheese is melted
4) Cut into slices and let cook before eating
