1/4 cup butter, unsalted1/4 cup natural unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup Splenda baking blend 1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup Skippy natural peanut butter, smooth1 egg, medium, beaten1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup quick oats1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp sea salt1 cup semisweet chocolate chipsIcing:1/2 cup confectioners sugar2 Tbsp Skippy peanut butter, smooth2 Tbsp. Silk dark chocolate almond milk
In a mixing bowl, cream butter, sugars, and peanut butter. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Combine flours, oats, baking soda and salt; stir into creamed mixture. Spread into olive-oil sprayed 13x9x2 baking pan/glass dish. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. Cool for 10 minutes. Combine icing ingredients; drizzle over bars.
