Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Apple Chutney

4 center-cut bone-in pork loin chops, 1 inch thick, trimmed of fat1/4 t. salt1/4 t. pepper6 T. brown sugar2 T. cider vinegar1 t. ground ginger1 t. ground cinnamon1/4 t. ground red pepper (cayenne)1/4 c. sweetened dreid cranberries2 medium apples, peeled, chopped (2 c.)
1. Spray 3 to 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper; place in cooker.
2. In small bowl, mix brown sugar, vinegar, ginger, cinnamon, red pepper and cranberries. Spoon over pork in cooker; top with apples.
Cover; cook on low heat setting 4 hour to 4 hour 30 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
