Spinach, Pear, & Pomegranate Salad

Ingredients
SALAD DRESSING: 1 clove minced garlic 2t. olive oil 1t. balsamic vinegar 2T pomegranate or tart cherry juice 1t. Honey 1/4 t. salt 1/4 t. black pepper SALAD: 10 oz baby spinach 2 medium pears, cored and sliced thin 1/4c. walnuts, chopped 1/4c. pomegranate seeds 1 oz. parmesan cheese, shaved
Directions
place all dressing ingrediants in a jar and shake until well blended,

toss spinach, pear slices, and walnuts with dressing. distribute in 4 bowls and top each with pomegranate seeds and parmesan cheese.

Serving Size: makes four 8 oz bowls of salad
