Mixed Fruit Crisp

Ingredients
1C Brown Sugar (I use 1/2 brown & 1/2 Demerara sugar)1 C Flour1 C Quick Cooking Oats3/4 C Margarine1 - 2 tsp. Cinnamon2 Tbs. Wheat GermApples, pears, peaches - sliced, to total about 6 cups. I use 2 cups of each, or whatever other fruit combinations I have on hand that need to be used before they spoil!
Directions
Mix sugar, flour, oats and margarine until crumbly. Peel and slice fruit and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with the wheat germ and cinnamon, then add crumble topping.
Bake at 350 for 40 min.
