Lemon Herb Whole Wheat Couscous

Ingredients
1/2 c. whole wheat coucouszest of 1/2 lemonjuice of 1/2 lemon3/4 c water1 envelope Herb Ox salt free chicken bouillion1 tbsp. parsleyDash freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Zest half a lemon. squeeze the lemon half into a measuring cup. When the lemon is finished, fill the measuring cup with water to reach the 3/4 cup mark. Pour the lemon water into a small saucepan. Add parsley, lemon zest, pepper and chicken bouillion to water in the pan, bring the liquid to a boil. Add the couscous and stir until well mixed. Reduce heat and cook until the water in absorbed. Stir to fluff the couscous and serve.

Serving Size: Makes two 3/4 cup servings of coucous.
