Potato Leek Soup

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 6 carrot Onions, raw, 1 largeLeeks, 1 leek Potato, raw, 6 mediumSalt, 3 tbspWater, 20 cupsOptional (included in nutrional info):10 Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Slice carrots (peel. or scrape lightly with knife)
Cube potatoes
Quarter onions
Clean (remove outer layers, cut bottom)and slice leeks

Bring water and salt to a boil.
Add ingredients (in the order listed)

Reduce heat to medium

Serve;
optional: add one tabelspoon of extra virgin olive oil per 1-2 cup serving.
