Crock Pot Creamy Chicken with Biscuits (from Real Simple)

Ingredients
6 chicken thighs2 stalks celery, thinly sliced1 small onion, diced1 cup carrots, raw, sliced1 cup peas, frozen1/4 cup flour1/2 cup Sherry (or dry white wine)1/2 cup chickn broth1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning1/2 cup heavy whipping creamBiscuits: this recipe does not include calories for biscuits. Log separately.
Directions
In the crock pot layer in following order:
onions, celery, carrots, chicken, poultry seasoning.

In a jar mix flour, chicken broth and Sherry. Pour over chicken.

Cook 6-8 hours on low.

1/2 hour before done add peas and cream then shred chicken.

Serve spooned over buttered bisuits.
